Description

Welcome to your private retreat in Boca West's coveted Plantation Colony community. Named "Plantation," after the classic tropical architectural roof style, with wrap-around screened lanais providing shade for an indoor-outdoor living experience. This community is prized for its separate island-like courtyards, mature landscaped meandering paved paths, and an exclusive community pool area with Old Florida Chickee huts, BBQ areas, and wood decking extending over the main waterway. The interior emphasizes a dramatic great room that features a soaring exposed-beam cathedral ceiling, solid hardwood flooring (installed during updates), sliding glass doors that open to a shady wrap-around screened lanai, and vintage mirrored walls that visually extend the surrounding greenery, natural light, and wildlife, creating an immersed-in-nature experience. This unit underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Part of the renovation includes hardwood flooring, a 2020 HVAC system with new ductwork, new drywall and insulation, electrical rewiring, and a tankless water heater. Interior reconfiguration expanded and added closet space, raised select ceilings, and included new flooring throughout. The residence is located in an end courtyard with a hidden side entry that offers seclusion with no direct sightlines to neighboring residences. A covered parking space is discreetly located behind mature landscaping, with additional guest parking available. BOCA WEST'S ENTRY FEES AND DUES NOT INCLUDED. CURRENTLY AT $150,000, THE ENTRY FEES ARE SET TO INCREASE TO APPROXIMATELY $235,000 IN SEPTEMBER 2026.
