For Seasonal Rent the Terms for the utilities are the same as noted above. Seasonal Rent pricing for 6-Month Term is $1800 per month for the Barn and $2675/month for the Guest House; OR for a 4-Month min. Term the Guest House is $3,175/month + 13% tax, and $1800/month for the Barn. Barn Amenities include 3 matted 12 x 12 stalls with fans, Tack room, Feed storage, 2 wash stalls, 3 large irrigated paddocks, plus a 240' x 130' riding field.
