New construction at Braman BMW among many projects on Indiantown Road in Jupiter

Land clearing has started for new construction at Braman BMW Jupiter on the north side of Indiantown Road, one of many projects recently finished, ongoing and planned on the town’s main east-west roadway. Mortgage Rates Inch Back Down to 2014 Low

Fixed mortgage rates for most home loans fell slightly this week to once again hit their 2014 low. The average interest rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage dipped to 4.12% from 4.14% last week, according to the latest survey from mortgage buyer Freddie Mac. It was at 4.40% a year ago. Meanwhile, the average rate on a 15-year fixed loan dropped to 3.24% from 3.27% last week. At this time last year it averaged 3.44%. “Mortgage rates were down slightly amid a week of light economic reports,” Frank E. Chipotle Mexican Grill expected to open in Jupiter’s Chasewood Plaza within 10 days

Workers are putting the finishing touches on the new Chipotle Mexican Grill in Chasewood Plaza.  Opening is expected in the next 10 days. The Denver, CO.-based Chipotle has about 1,600 restaurants worldwide. Nearby locations include Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Stuart, Boynton Beach, Wellington and Lake Worth. The Chipotle is located next to a new Dunkin’ Donuts that opened last month in the Publix-anchored shopping center on Indiantown Road. The Dunkin’s moved from a different building in Chasewood Plaza into its current location. Hurricane Grill & Wings plans on moving into the old Dunkin’s store. The average interest rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage dipped to 4.13% from 4.15% last week, according to the latest survey from mortgage buyer Freddie Mac. It was at 4.37% a year ago. Meanwhile, the average rate on a 15-year fixed loan dropped to 3.23% from 3.24% last week. At this time last year it averaged 3.41%. “Mortgage rates were little changed amid a week of light economic reports,” said Frank E.
